Why does it have to be you?  You frustrate me. Infuriate me. You say but never act, as if I can do it all for you. Like I'm not just as fragile as you are. There are times when I become so desperate I just want to reach over and smack you. Scream my feelings in your face until I get my way. But I can't do that because it is you, even if I don't want it to be, it's you. It's you and I can't because the hope is merciless, even if I'm falling apart. So I'll just sit and wait and wait and wait for something that's never going to come because I'm not so sure anymore.
